Weight issues? Is it Calories or is it Hormones?

Good morning,

I went to this health seminar and they pitched a totally different approach to weight issues and it made soooooo much sense. watching what kind of calories and how much is a good idea for good health, but for weight management, I learned a simple fact. Before our bodies even start gaining unwanted pounds and going into a frenzy of loving to gain weight, we need to look at something else first......we need to find out what kind of health symptoms we are experiencing (lack of sleep, brittle cracked nails, hair falling out, white film on tongue, areas where weight has settled in, what kind of cravings sweet salty sour stuff, and there are tons of other examples, but all of it adds up to one of four body types: Thyroid, Adrenal, Ovary, Liver.

Basically when we are able to identify which category we fall into, we are then able to heal and strengthen that area back to proper functioning, which eliminates the stress the body was feeling, which puts a halt on all extra fat producing hormones(pesticides, hormone injecting, fungicides, herbacides, steroid injecting, GMO foods, sugar, artificial sweeteners, all of these chemicals affect your organ functions), so that when we do go work out we are actually burning our fat storages and not our blood sugar and sugar reserves (cuz when we do burn those calories for energy in that form, our bodies go into the craving stages to refill the sugars we have burned, viscous cycle).

All together we are to eat as close to a pure/organic, high green, fiber filled diet, non chemical, non steroid/hormone pumped meats. Fruit and veggie sticker coding: starts with a 9 means organic. You can google "Thyroid body type" and see the symptoms (as with the other types too) and all in all we need to also learn how to unwind, relax, de-stress our mind and body. So many of us are lookin to get amped up work outs, pumped up with artificial sweeteners (poisons), massive amounts of caffiene and we lose all of our ability to replenish our cellular system by depriving ourselves of natural state in the raw form foods which hold the most vitamins and minerals available to us. So now, since I know how important it is to get these nutrients, I throw everything in a blender with water some honey or agave and chug a chug. Get a shot of wheat grass everyday if you can, eat alfalfa sprouts in your sandwhich, take hummus and some veggies that you like to work with you for a snack (totally holds you over between meals) You will start feeling amazing, refreshed, energized, clear minded, and drink your water. I could keep going really, only cuz I love you.

Environmental Awareness, Wellness & Health, Exercise & Fitness, Financial Opportunity

Wow, where do I start~it's all so exciting!!!

We all know the great importance of each word in the title above, but knowing and living are two different things. I want to encourage everyone to be involved and living all of the time. My passion has everything to do with exposing people to healthier, happier and more meaningful living.

More and more people are suffering today from illness, dis-ease and cancers than ever before. Giant Global corporations, Global Government Programs and Global Pharmaceutical companies are now being exposed and recognized for their destruction in peoples lives, planetary pollution, greed, corruption and deception to the ones who have been pouring their hard earned money into their bank accounts, us~ the Human race. There are many causes that we all can support and stand up for in order to make a difference and we all have learned that the change must begin with ourselves first, "we must become the change we want to see in the world".

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES
  • Air, Water, Land Pollution
  • Global Warming
  • Forest Excavation
  • Wild Life Extinction on the rise
  • Chemical Factory Waste
  • Plastic products leaching into water/air
HEALTH ISSUES
  • Obesity
  • Cancer
  • Viruses
  • Diabetes
  • Malnutrition
  • Starvation
  • Stress of Heart & Mind
  • Prescription/Illegal Drug Addiction
  • Alcohol Addiction
  • Sedentary Living
SOCIAL STATUS
  • BANKRUPTCY
  • FORECLOSURES
  • UNEMPLOYMENT
  • FINANCIAL RUIN
  • DIVORCE
At some point in time any one of these factors may present itself in our lives and we are never prepared for such experiences like these. As we are hearing of these occurrences more and more in the news we are slowly coming to terms that maybe it would be wise to start coming up with a "Plan B".

What are the options? Another JOB.
How are we gonna squeeze more time out of the day? When you only have about 6-8 hours left over out of 24 in our day.
Will any of it be worth the extra stress that we are going to put ourselves through while trying to make up the extra money needed? More than likely NOT!

So let me share with you the BIGGEST TREND fitting into todays world of events listed above:
"Plan B" :

Network Marketing

A Business building model that delivers financial rewards and a residual income by building a team of like minded people who are distributing a product by word of mouth. Pursuing the same goals~Freedom of Time, Money and Life.

YOLI~
I am introducing to you a company who is for the People by the People. Delivering a worthy product, donating to a worthy cause, and dedicated to improving financial lives. This product fits into every walk of life. Serves the planet by planting trees. Offers a solution to Plastic Pollution and cutting back on usage of oil to produce plastic bottles. A technology that is guaranteed to deliver nutrients at its purest state to the cellular body. And when we say timing is everything, well, it is right now~we are in the Pre-launch phase of this company and it is spreading like wild fire.

Times are changing and it is time to be a little more open minded about the way businesses are ran and people are making money. Viral marketing, social marketing, network marketing are replacing Billboard, newspaper, magazine and T.V. advertising at a rate that is incomprehensible. Look around next time you are driving down the road and count how many people are in business by way of Network Marketing. It just may compel you to do a little more research.

12 ways to feel better and have more energy!

I found this article by Marilyn Preston who is a fitness expert, personal trainer and speaker on healthy lifestyle issues. Here goes:

Health care reform actually begins at home. Here are 12 healthy-lifestyle action steps you can take starting today.

1. BE MORE ACTIVE. you will develop more strength and energy, look better, and feel happier and healthier if you enjoy some physical activity every day.

2 DON'T DIET. learn to enjoy preparing and eating real food in sensible amounts to lose weight and keep it off. replace the drama of dieting with the joy of growing some of your own food or buying from local farmers.

3. MAKE HEALTHY EATING ADJUSTMENTS. stop ordering fried foods. substitute dark salad greens, like spinach, for iceberg lettuce. order salad dressings on the side. cancel the cheese.

4. STRETCH MORE. release muscle tension every day to reduce stress and ease pain. just 10 minutes a day can make a difference.

5. DON'T OVERDUE WORKOUTS. too much intensity takes the fun out of being active and raises your risk of injury. moderation is the path to lifelong fitness.

6. DEVELOP INNER BODY AWARENESS. yoga teaches you to use your breath to link body and mind. find your own path to inner awareness, and travel down it daily to clarity, calm, to greater joy.

7. SPEND TIME IN NATURE. outdoor adventures will calm you mentally and revitalize you physically.

8. GET MORE SLEEP. too many people go around sleep deprived, then wonder why they feel tired and irritable.

9. EMBRACE NEW CHALLENGES. set new goals, seek out different experiences, and become the change you want to see in the world

10. KEEP A PERSONAL JOURNAL. keeping track keeps you on track, whether you want to lose 10 pounds or stick to an exercise program.

11. OVERCOME ALL EXCUSES. make time to exercise. get up earlier, write it into your calendar, find mini- breaks in your day to walk or meditate. take control of your day and a more balanced life will follow.

12. STAY POSITIVE. anger, envy and self-pity can sap your strength and lower your resistance to illness. learn to live in the moment.

I thought that all 12 of these points were great reminders of keeping our lives in order and in good health. We all get caught up in the many distractions that life throws at us, but it is still up to us to stay on the tight rope and get to the other side in one piece. We all know how chaos, discord and disarray causes us to lose focus, and this is why I wanted to share this with everyone, because we can apply these small but powerful steps to our day and experience HEALTH & WELLNESS OF MIND BODY & SPIRIT.

Always LOVE, Sunny
