Weight issues? Is it Calories or is it Hormones?

Good morning,

I went to this health seminar and they pitched a totally different approach to weight issues and it made soooooo much sense. watching what kind of calories and how much is a good idea for good health, but for weight management, I learned a simple fact. Before our bodies even start gaining unwanted pounds and going into a frenzy of loving to gain weight, we need to look at something else first......we need to find out what kind of health symptoms we are experiencing (lack of sleep, brittle cracked nails, hair falling out, white film on tongue, areas where weight has settled in, what kind of cravings sweet salty sour stuff, and there are tons of other examples, but all of it adds up to one of four body types: Thyroid, Adrenal, Ovary, Liver.

Basically when we are able to identify which category we fall into, we are then able to heal and strengthen that area back to proper functioning, which eliminates the stress the body was feeling, which puts a halt on all extra fat producing hormones(pesticides, hormone injecting, fungicides, herbacides, steroid injecting, GMO foods, sugar, artificial sweeteners, all of these chemicals affect your organ functions), so that when we do go work out we are actually burning our fat storages and not our blood sugar and sugar reserves (cuz when we do burn those calories for energy in that form, our bodies go into the craving stages to refill the sugars we have burned, viscous cycle).

All together we are to eat as close to a pure/organic, high green, fiber filled diet, non chemical, non steroid/hormone pumped meats. Fruit and veggie sticker coding: starts with a 9 means organic. You can google "Thyroid body type" and see the symptoms (as with the other types too) and all in all we need to also learn how to unwind, relax, de-stress our mind and body. So many of us are lookin to get amped up work outs, pumped up with artificial sweeteners (poisons), massive amounts of caffiene and we lose all of our ability to replenish our cellular system by depriving ourselves of natural state in the raw form foods which hold the most vitamins and minerals available to us. So now, since I know how important it is to get these nutrients, I throw everything in a blender with water some honey or agave and chug a chug. Get a shot of wheat grass everyday if you can, eat alfalfa sprouts in your sandwhich, take hummus and some veggies that you like to work with you for a snack (totally holds you over between meals) You will start feeling amazing, refreshed, energized, clear minded, and drink your water. I could keep going really, only cuz I love you.
