Are you a "OMG" the alarm is going off already, UGGGHHHH" OR a "Rise n Shine world, cuz here I come"? Both lead to entirely different experiences for the day and definitely become a strong Pre-cursor for the day to come. With this understanding, I personally choose the "Rise n Shine"....way to start my day and I will tell you this, from personal experience, it is the BEST way to start any day!
With my attitude in check and set with Intentions of making it a GREAT day, I begin thinking of FOOD (smile). How busy is my day, what do I have to plan for, how long will I be away from any selections of food, will I be by any selections of food at all? I love breakfast...the smell, the choices, and the way I feel after getting some yummy in my tummy. I will tell you what I have learned over the years that makes me feel best and what makes my stomach twist n turn. I have learned that while we are sleeping our body is taking advantage of the down time with no interruptions on getting itself back or closer to Alkaline (which is a good place, opposite of Acidic which is a bad place to be). So, in waking up, we should focus more on helping our body get closer to that Alkaline place by eating something that is not fried, high in saturated fats, processed, loaded with sugars, and high in sodium. Try looking more towards eggs, whole wheat toast, fruit, whole juiced juice, some sauteed veggies....this would be an IDEAL breakfast~healthy protein, healthy carbs, some fiber and some micronutrients with the veggies. This results in Power n Energy, the perfect way to get your day up n rollin on a good note (smile).
Now for example the bad: T-bone steak or Breakfast ham, fried hashbrowns, side of pancakes...this combo results in High Saturated fats, High Sodium, fried in oil dehydrated potato, Enriched white flour pancakes (digests and turns straight to sugar) and the ever so sweet syrup (more sugar). This type of a start will do two things: put you back into a food coma and body will be slammed into a spiked sugar load, which results to a low energy and hungry again (even after consuming this 2000 calorie breakfast....yes, you will be hungry again). This is the reason why people skip breakfast, because they get sleepy when they should be "bright eyed n bushy tailed" ready for the day and also if this causes them to be hungry again, why would anyone want to eat breakfast?!.
Yes, it is so true, what we put into our body and what we get outta our body all depends on US and what we Choose. For some people it is hard to shift into a Breakfast person over night, but there is an answer to this...Replacement Protein Meal Shakes for breakfast. They absolutely work, super convenient, super easy and super nutritious for every person for every day. All in all, have a mentality that demands and persists to live your BEST day.

FIBER! what, where and why?
Isn't that Fiber stuff for old people?
I mean, I am young.....what is Fiber anyway? (audiance lol)
Eewww, that stuff is disgusting, brown flakes or weird thin brown things.
I always see those commercials that are telling people to get more Fiber in
their daily diet intake, and the people are always looking like senior citizens ya know...
I mean, I am not always regular and not always comfortable when it comes time to visit
El Bano but I am young still anyways. (audiance hmmmm).
FIBER. Why FIBER?
I hope this will inspire us all to get More Fiber.
Fiber is our FRIEND.....Yes, a Life saving friend :) Basically, while Fiber is moving through
our body, it is also taking toxins out with it, ALSO creating a smoother exiting experience.
It promotes more frequent bowl movements that are easier to pass. (audiance aaahhhh relief)
Fiber reduces our chances of becoming a Cancer patient.
It is kinda odd what I am about to say here, why does Fiber disappear in our meals when we are
"feed ourselves capable" to "well, you're 60 now and you should be gettin your Fiber", why does
it change like that?
When we are Pregnant the Doctor says to eat Fiber for Mom and Baby benefits too. When Baby is
born, we are told to make sure baby gets his/her Fiber so they get their vitamins and helps them
stay regular. Suddenly, baby is now Teen ager, wants to make own decisions, eat what they
like and it will be opposite of what you are requesting and teaching. Out of nowhere, 60 yrs of
age is here and Doctor tells you to get more Fiber. Your body is sick, aging faster than normal,
potential environment for Cancer.
There are a lot of things that we need to look out for when it comes to Cancer causing, but if
just adding Fiber is part of the trick.............then GET YOUR FIBER!! Young, Old, Pregnant, Men
and Women have to BALANCE your nutrition habits with your DESIRES or Wellnes Goals.
Fiber helps reduce High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Lowers Blood Sugar count, supplies
important Vitamins and Minerals to the Body. In fact, let me just share this write up I found on

Getting GOING in LIFE
Now days it has been made so EASY to be IDLE. COMPLACENT. STAGNANT. NOT MOVING. With giant LCD or Plasma TV's, High-tech Video games, Laptops, Cell phone TEXTING...and Microwave boxed foods, done in a flash, no time wasted in getting back to the Couch and game pad. There is a downside to all of this GREAT NEW Technology and we are really starting to take notice by way of the ever expanding waistlines, larger than ever before children, behavioral issues and increased Doctor visits. We are now learning that we have to CHANGE things in order to get back to MOVING, ACTIVE LIVING, BODY HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH, IDEAL BODY WEIGHT and No more Doctor visits. It does COST us in a big way financially to just SIT and buy cheap fake food, our Health care costs begin to skyrocket and then that viscious cycle begins repeating itself. Depression sets in, feelings of Hopelessness, Failure, Anxiety, dis-Stress and dis-ease all make home inside of our body to only promote illness and a fast track to AGING!!
Thankfuly, for us, our body is a SELF HEALING machine. Once we stop all the UNCONSCIOUS and destructive actions towards our body that are defeating its primary functions, which is to stay ALIVE, our body recognizes this and begins to set itself back on its NATURAL course by Healing itself. In just a matter of days, we begin to notice better energy, better focus, better mental state, less bloating and inflammation, less headaches or migranes, reduction of heartburn and indigestion flare ups. Once we notice this wonderful feeling, we are to help our body out by staying with this type of lifestyle so that we can continue feeling this way. It is up to us to stay CONSCIOUS and AWARE of how we are setting ourselves up for the day, how busy is our schedule, how we need to be prepared for our best results in everything we have to do, so that we can make it to the finish line and look back through our day and be HAPPY with it all.
